February 6th is quickly approaching, and the NITCO team is excited to be exhibiting at the 125th annual LBM Expo right here in our home state of Massachusetts. After nearly a decade of exhibiting at this event, we are still finding more reasons why it’s our favorite event to attend.
Deeper than just lumber, the LBM Expo’s focus is on the business of shelter. It’s a basic human need and this event’s exhibitors at are at the forefront of this ever-evolving industry. Gathering retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers all under one roof has been instrumental in creating a tight, regional network of peers with which to share our ideas, discover new products and exhibit upcoming design trends that help push our industry, as well as our individual businesses, to new heights.
We hear it from fellow exhibitors and attendees alike, and we have to agree: the networking opportunities the LBM Expo provides is one of the most valuable aspects of this annual event. It never ceases to amaze us how many new people there are to connect with at the show. Sometimes we forget how many of our industry peers we have yet to meet in person, and it’s nice to have a special event that gives us the opportunity to shake hands with the people we do business with.
Demos are also one of our favorite parts of this expo. This year we will be bringing along a Hyster H120 as well as a Sellick truck-mounted forklift to display. We know that with the opportunity to get up-close-and-personal with the products that shape our industry, and learn about them from the best in the business, exhibitors and attendees are able to leave the LBM Expo inspired to apply what they have seen and learned to their own business practices.
Many great changes are coming in 2019 and we are eager to see what new opportunities these changes will bring. We are excited for the speakers lined up for the LBM opening session and are looking forward to seeing what our peers have to demo on the show floor.
We can’t wait to see everyone February 6th in beautiful Boston! Be sure to stop by and say hello to Brenden Flagg, NITCO’s Specialized Equipment Manager, as well as our other equipment experts at booth #831 in Hall C and don’t miss our equipment at the CombiLift booth #934.
